Long /e/ with -e spelling and using pronouns

Today, we learned that the letter -e can make two sounds:

- the short /e/ sound like in ten, hen and pet

- the long /e/ sound like in zero, hero, and she

Do you know that he, shewe and me are pronouns? We practiced making lots of sentences with these special words:

-He is a boy.

-She is a girl.

-Give me the marker. 

-We are in class.

-She is sitting.

-We are working.

-He is eating.

-ea like in head, bread, breakfast and ready
